Today was a special day with Pookey. She got run of the house when I got home, and wore herself out. She played nice, and I could (nervously) handle her without gloves! She got lots of slices of bell pepper for treats, even from my daughter! I'll be continuing on this plan: free time till dinner, a nap, more free time, then a nap, then a half hour of isolated positive reinforcement training with me and few distractions.
Tomorrow we have our first vet visit with Ivan in Besana. Wish us luck!
